MARK-PAUL GOSSELAAR

MARK-PAUL GOSSELAAR

I think Mark Paul is best known for his role as Zack Morris in NBC’s Saved by the Bell which aired from 1989 to 1993. What a cutie he was! In 1991 he won, “Best Young Actor Starring in an Off-Primetime Series” for Saved by the Bell.

He has been in many series after SBTB but all of them were canceled, bummer. Some include: Good Morning, Miss Bliss, Saved by the Bell: The College Years, Hyperion Bay, D.C., NYPD Blue, Commander in Chief, John from Cincinnati & Raising the Bar. Wow, this guy is always working on some series, never give up is my motto and it looks like he’s doing that! He is a fine actor and whatever I have seen him in is always good.

PAULA ABDUL

PAULA ABDUL

I have always loved and admired Paula Abdul, she is such an inspiration! I saw her many years ago in concert at Saratoga Springs, New York. That gal put on one heck of a great show. She has more energy than anyone I know! She performed that night for nearly 2 hours and never did she stop moving while she was singing! And the many outfits she changed into that night, WoW! All I can say is she is so sweet and gracious, she projects that positive energy out into the world and has touched so many…  Here is a little blog I did on her, I hope you enjoy…

Glad to see you back, here’s another installment of the New Kids On The Block, with a little history about how the boys met each other.

In the early years Jordan, Jon, Danny & Donnie all attended the William Monroe Trotter School. Donnie & Danny tried out for the William Monroe Trotter School Chorus, Danny, Jordan and Jonathan were accepted, but Donnie was not. After elementary school the 4 boys all were enrolled in the Phyllis Wheatley Middle School. However, Jon & Jordan won scholarships to Thayer Academy. So the boys all went on with their lives with school and such.

Every generation of teenage girls has had at least one teen idol to call its own, who was yours?

In the 1940’s girls screamed for crooner Frank Sinatra. In the 1950’s, a boy toy named Elvis swiveled his pelvis and drove the girls wild! The 1960’s brought “John, Paul, George and Ringo,” the Beatles, while the 1970’s served up the Monkees, the Osmond Brothers and the Jackson Five.
